TriBeca Lofts, nestled between River Oaks and Downtown, is an incubator for small successful businesses. Designed by architect Joseph Finger, Tribeca was originally known as the Clark & Courts Printing Plant. Today, Tribeca is better known for providing spacious loft style office spaces to Architects, designers, marketing firms and lawyers, to name a few. Office spaces are fitted with Kitchens, fireplaces, hardwood floors, skylights, oversized bathrooms, ample storage, glass blocks and brick walls.

Many of the building's industrial details have been preserved, including its factory style windows, exceptionally high ceilings and concrete floors. On display throughout the sprawling building's black and white tiled corridors are reminders of TriBeca's legacy, vintage press works and photography from the Clark & Courts archives. Most importantly, Tribeca Lofts still stands strong with its Art Deco vibe.
